We ar seeking a skilled BIM Engineer with 4-8 years of experience in Cad to BIM and Scan to BIM   processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D Modeling and 2D drafting expertise in relevant software, and a keen eye for detail in executing BIM projects efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage 3D Models & 2D Drafting for construction projects, ensuring adherence to project requirements and industry standards.

2. Perform All Cad to BIM and Scan to BIM conversions, ensuring accuracy and quality in model development.

3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless BIM implementation.

4. Conduct clash detection and resolution using appropriate software.

5. Maintain and update project documentation and ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols.

6. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM best practices.

7. Work on 3D visualization, simulation, and rendering for project presentations.

8. Stay up to date with industry trends, software advancements, and emerging BIM technologies.
