Duck Creek Policy Developer Position Overview: 

• We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Policy Developer with Minimum 4years of hands-on expertise in Duck Creek Policy development to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Duck Creek Policy solutions to meet the evolving needs of enhancement projects. 
• This role requires deep knowledge of Duck Creek Policy architecture, configuration, and integration, along with a strong understanding of insurance domain workflows and business processes. 
• Key Responsibilities: 
• Policy Configuration & Development: Design and develop Duck Creek Policy solutions, including configuration of policy templates, rules, workflows, and data models. 
• Implement enhancements and customizations to Duck Creek Policy components based on business requirements. 
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions within Duck Creek Policy.
• Enhancement Project Execution: Participate in Duck Creek enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery of policy-related configurations and customizations. 
• Develop and implement new features, including rating algorithms, underwriting rules, and policy lifecycle workflows. 
• Optimize existing policy configurations to improve performance and scalability. Integration & Testing: 
• Integrate Duck Creek Policy solutions with other Duck Creek modules (Billing, Claims, etc.) and external systems. 
• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of policy configurations.
