Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct field sales activities to meet with clients and understand their needs.
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify potential customers for home loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other financial products.
Meet monthly targets set by the organization for new loan disbursements.
