Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Understand manpower requirements from various departments (e.g., retail, design, production).
Draft and publish job descriptions specific to jewelry roles (e.g., gemologist, CAD designer, bench jeweler).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
Ensure timely and quality hiring to avoid manpower gaps in showroom and manufacturing units.

2. Employee Onboarding

Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation processes.
Ensure new hires understand the brand's heritage, product lines, and quality standards.

3. Database & Reporting

Maintain a talent pool and pipeline for future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
