Infra DevOps with Chef

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications

DevOps Exp in an enterprise environment.
Proficiency in using GitLab and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in using Chef for configuration management.
Experience with container technologies like Docker, Podman, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Proficiency in Python/Ruby, Bash/PowerShell scripting.
Proficiency in using Git for version control.
Experience with RHEL and Windows Server administration.
Understanding of security best practices.
Experience with code quality and security tools like SonarQube and Veracode.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with AWS platform and its features.

Proficiency in using GitLab, Jenkins for creating CI/CD Pipeline to automate the build, testing and deployment processes.
Proficiency in using Chef for configuration management. Should be proficient in developing Chef Cookbooks for automating configuration management.
Experience is using Container technologies such as Docker, Podman, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes/OpenShift for application deployment and scaling.
Understanding and writing code is crucial . Proficiency in Python/Ruby, Bash PowerShell Scripting is essential for automation and integration tasks.
