Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic professional Manage channel sales partners, ensure team hiring and training, monitor KPIs, and evaluate performance. Oversee timely payouts, collaborate with product teams, and ensure adherence to sales processes.


  • Channel Sales Partner Development: Establish and manage sales partners for subscription sales via tele-centers, adhering to SOPs and pricing models.
  • Team Hiring: Oversee hiring at Center Manager level and below to meet budgeted targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Resolve day-to-day operational challenges through regular communication.
  • Training: Conduct onboarding and monthly refreshers to ensure continuous knowledge transfer. KPI Tracking: Monitor key metrics (e.g., data usage, hot lead conversion) to improve productivity.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate center performance using metrics like meetings, lead conversion, and leakage.
  • Timely Payouts: Ensure accurate payouts post due diligence and adherence to payment terms.
  • Collaboration: Work with product and data teams to enhance lead quality and process efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Sales Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
