4. Qualification : Pharmacy Graduate
5. AAPC Certification Mandatory

1. To be an effective participant in Classroom training and clear the training assessments with 85% quality
2. Consistently meet the targets set for MOCK charts.
3. Eligible employee will get confirmed as Medical Coder within a max of 6 months from the date of joining
4. Punctuality, Attendance and General Adherence to company policies, procedures and practices
5. Ensure adherence to external and internal quality and security standards (HIPPA/ISO/ISMS)
6. Be an effective team player.
