Job Title: Back Office Executive (Fresh Graduate - Science Background)

Location: Kolkata, Salt Lake Sec V
Department: Operations / Back Office
Job Type: Full-time (Immediate Joining Required)
Shift: Rotational Shift
Salary: 12,000 to 14,000 (In-hand; based on interview performance)

Job Summary:

We are hiring fresh graduates (B.Sc) from a pure science background (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology - Honours or General) for a Back Office Executive role. This is a non-sales, non-target-based position with rotational shifts. Candidates must be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling backend operations and data entry tasks
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
Managing records, reports, and documentation
Supporting other departments as needed with administrative tasks
Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of processed information

Candidate Requirements:

Education: B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology Honours/General)
Gender: Male candidates preferred
Experience: Freshers welcome
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
Good communication and coordination skills

Additional Details:

No sales, no targets
Immediate joining required
Rotational shift (Exact timings to be discussed during interview)
