Key Responsibilities

Major and Critical Cloud Incident
Problem Management
Change Management
Patch & Release Management on Cloud Management/Windows/Linux Infra
Capacity Management for Cloud Servers
Knowledge management (KEDB)
High Level and Low Level Design Document preperation capability as part of Solution Consultant / Technical Architect engagements for Cloud Infrastracture
Documentation and Reporting for Cloud infra
Vendor Management to deal with technical faults and issues on Cloud setup

Technical Operational Role: Maintain and Manage GSDC Private cloud infrastructure ( Azure and VMWare) and ensure to deliver services as per defined SLA and device availability
