Senior Application Developer - React and Node_ Nordics @ IDESLABS

Job Description

• It is 5 Days working & Work from Office role

Key Competencies & Skills required:

• Expertise in React.js: Deep understanding of React concepts , state management , hooks , and component lifecycle.
• Strong JavaScript Skills: Proficient in ES6+ features , asynchronous programming , and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Front-End Development: Solid experience with HTML5 , CSS3 , and responsive design.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Testing: Experience with unit and integration testing (e.g. , Jest , React Testing Library).
• CI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Experience in all components of software delivery with concentration in requirements , design and development.
• Quick starter to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support items o Ability to adapt and develop interfaces
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Prioritize Business Impact and Urgency
• Perform application support tasks like: systems support , security reviews , & maintenance tasks
• Testing experience o Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly.

Nice to have:

• Node.js: Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• TypeScript: Familiarity with static typing and TypeScript best practices.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science /Engineering/Information Technology
• Candidate with non-computer science degree must have minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• MBA in IT / Insurance/Finance can also apply for Requirements Engineer and Test Engineer role.

Years Experience & Knowledge:

• 6 -8 years of C/S Development background in design , analysis and coding , bug fixing Financial Services background appreciated
• COBIT / ITIL experience appreciated
• Experience of working within multi-location teams
