Proficiency in sourcing Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tech Fetch, LinkedIn
Good understanding of US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp &1099
Working on ATS Ceipal
Prior working with Client Apex Systems

Required Candidate profile

Must be willing to work in night shifts
Should have 0.6 to 1 Year of experience in US staffing
Experience hiring W2, C2C & 1099 resources
Must have good rate negotiation & closing skills
