Provide Level 2 (L2) support to customers and resolve technical issues.
Work on setting up and maintaining Network Operations Center (NOC) infrastructure.
Preferred candidate profile
Must work from the office, 5 days a week.
Will be required to work in a secure area (ODC/Vault) mobile phones must be kept in a locker.
Must be open to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Should be available to join immediately.
Must have good communication skills
Should have prior support experience with US/UK clients
