Job Description

Role summary

• Administering the delivery of peer review services for our customers and oversee a team of Peer review assistants.
• Ensure smooth team functioning to meet the productivity and quality targets across the given portfolio.
• Responsible for the recruitment, training, coaching and performance management of the team members.
• Works with the customer POCs on the reporting, process improvement, and quality management to ensure high performance of the team.
• Strong customer focus, managing internal and external stakeholders expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing teams in scholarly publishing, preferably journal peer review process.
• Experience in peer review management systems, such as Editorial Manager or ScholarOne.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Possess good people and team management skills.
• Possess good stakeholder management skills.
