Job description
Main duties
Candidate should have experiencein an NABL material testing lab in Building Materials
Would be responsible for technical operations in the Lab including report checking and approving.
Would be the point of contact for technical queries for clients
Should be familiar with Building material testing (Mechanical and NDT) as per the NABL scope of the company enclosed.
Other duties
Creating and Managing all documentation related to ISO 17025:2017 QMS
Implementation of above QMS in the organization
Conducting internal audits of all departments
Maintaining QMS in order to ensure audit readiness at all times
Coordinating with consultants and all departments for implementing and managing QMS
Approval / authorization of the specific testing procedures.
Validation of calibration methods.
Management of equipment (inventory, records, identification, control, etc).
Implementation of the program of calibration / verification and / maintenance of the equipment.
Establishment of corrective actions and preventive actions related to technical issues.
Monitoring the implementation of the quality management system.
Ensure the distribution, control and dissemination of the quality system documents (QM, SOPs, INSTs,etc.)
Training on quality of the laboratory personnel.
Keep and archive all documentation related to the staff.
Manage the system of detection of non-conformities and proposal of corrective actions and preventive actions.
Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and preventive actions related with the management area.
Control and filing of records.
Evaluation of suppliers.
Establishing of the annual program of audits and management reviews.
Organizing the internal audits and the management review meetings.
Advice and support, from the point of view of the quality, to the technical staff.
