Position Title: Marketing Lead Digital Marketing Services


Experience Required: 612 years

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketer to lead demand generation and content marketing for our digital marketing services targeted at B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing digital campaigns, generating high-quality leads, and creating compelling content that drives business growth. A deep understanding of digital marketing servicesincluding SEO, SEM, paid media, and analyticsis essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation and demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads for digital marketing services.
  • Plan, create, and distribute high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, newsletters) tailored to B2B buyer personas and various stages of the sales funnel.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, SEO, SEM, paid media, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on messaging, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
  • Analyze campaign data and KPIs to generate insights, optimize marketing efforts, and report on ROI.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, new technologies, and best practices relevant to B2B IT services.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance marketing culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 68 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on lead/demand generation and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Proven ability to design and execute successful demand generation campaigns in a B2B IT context.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills for diverse digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
