Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead operations for Flipkarts fulfillment centers (34 lakh sq. ft. each) within the assigned region.
• Define, monitor, and improve key performance metrics (e.g., breach rates, MIS shipments).
• Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory and asset management across regional FCs.
• Operationalize new fulfillment centers and implement new technologies/processes.
• Collaborate with central, logistics, and retail teams to optimize network design and execution.
• Ensure cost-effective warehousing with full P&L responsibility.
• Develop and mentor regional teams to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain 5S and LEAN practices, with regular Kaizen and improvement initiatives.
