Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to/from international customers.
- Respond to customer queries related to products, services, orders, or technical issues.
- Provide accurate information and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team leader.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to company policies.
- Maintain call logs and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Work in night shifts or rotational shifts based on business requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in a BPO or customer support role is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver quality service.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends, if required.
- Strong listening skills and empathy toward customer concerns.
