Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including UK, US, Australia, Canada, and more.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Work on rotational shifts to cater to different time zones and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance.
