Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including UK, US, Australia, Canada, and more.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  
• Work on rotational shifts to cater to different time zones and client requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance.
