Job Description

What would you be doing/ Expected from this role?

Communicating with potential job candidates.
Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
Managing 6-9 Dark Stores & need to visit stores regularly
Employee Engagement & Attrition Management
Managing HR records including resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms.
Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
Issuing new employees with enrolment documents.
Conducting employee orientations.
Explaining employee benefits.
Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
Maintaining employee confidentiality.
Creating an open environment for communication.
Overseeing termination process.
Helping with Payroll process.
Hiring and retaining talent of the organization.
Attendance management & leave management.
Handling employee grievance.

Who are we looking for?

Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in HR Operations & Generalist role.

Impressive knowledge in the retail & ecommerce industry

Must be good in handling attendance management, payroll management, creation of PF ESI,

Grievance handling and employee engagement activities.

Shift timings: 9hours shift

Working days: 6days working
