- Responsible for responding to customer requests
- First line help desk; resolve basic level 1 and some level 2 issues including remotely troubleshooting issues relating to hardware and software.HR Connect - Ms. Suchitra - 8617602***

Required Candidate profile

Experience with Min 6months-5 yrs of exp into technical support for international voice Only
Should have Excellent Communication Skills with Good Technical Knowledge.
5 days and 2 Rotational Shift off
