Job Opening: Onsite Customer Support Executive (Software Implementation)
Location: Nanded (Local candidates preferred or willing to relocate)
Contract: 6 months (Extendable based on performance)We are looking for an Onsite Customer Support Executive with hands-on experience in software application implementation and client support. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and Marathi, and either from Nanded or willing to stay there.Key Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in onsite client support and software implementation
- Good understanding of university academic processes such as registration, examinations, and result management
- Basic working knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and PHP (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle client queries and provide prompt resolution
