Role: Production Support Role

Work Location: Bangalore

Mode: Hybrid

3-12 yearsRole & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

JD:

Proficiency in SQL (Primary), Java (Secondary) for support.
Familiarity with scripting using JavaScript or similar languages to create automation scripts and tools.
hands-on experience in Linux/Unix, shell scripting and commands.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to handle complex technical issues
Experience in Incident Management and ITIL process
Good communication skills
Knowledge & preferred on Banking/ BFSI domain
Will to work in Rotational shifts including Night Shifts.
