Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier customer support across all channels via calls and chats.
• Resolve issues & complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Monitor feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with teams for a seamless customer journey.
• Keep detailed records of interactions and resolutions.
• Contribute to developing customer service policies and standards.
• Prepare and present reports on key CX metrics.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or support.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Excel.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
