Job Description

Should have experience in Software sales / Solution sales and prior experience of working with Banking or Insurance industry

  •       Experienced in working with both Delivery and Sales, with good domain knowledge of Software products & solutions
  •       Making sales business plans to open up opportunities
  •       Strategy and planning
  •       Collections
  •       Account and client relationship management
  •       Team management business development, account management, post sales account/relationship management
  •       Contract/agreement closures
  •       Negotiation skills for deal closures
  •       Bid Management: Mange the Deal response for a typical Outsourcing Deal and experience in Preparing and responding to RFI, RFPs, Bids, Deal qualification, Creating win strategy, Workshops, Proposal writing, P&L Analysis, Due Diligence, Client Visits and Key stakeholder   mapping.
  •       Ability to conceptualize Solutions to Business Problems.
  •      Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these   opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
  •      Experience in preparing server sizing and effort estimation, costing will be plus.
  •      Account Planning and Ecosystem Analysis.Role & responsibilities
