Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom Jira solutions.
Configure Jira workflows, fields, screens, and permissions.
Integrate Jira with other tools and systems.
Develop and maintain Jira plugins and add-ons.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs.
Provide Jira training and support to end-users.
Ensure the Jira environment is secure, stable, and optimized for performance.
Key Skill Sets:
Jira Cloud Administrator
Confluence Administrator
Script Runner
API Integration
Agile Methodology
Preferred candidate profile
Must have Skills
- Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence administration. 7 to 11 years
- Skilled in working with REST APIs At least one project
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and integration tasks. 1+ year
- Basic Experience with Jenkins Nice to have or willing to learn before they start.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Jira Developer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Jira administration and development.
Experience with Jira plugins and add-ons development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
