Job Description

Coordinated effectively with airlines and customers over the phone.

Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Work towards revenue generation through effective ticketing processes and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

Possess in-depth knowledge of GDS systems, specifically Galileo and sabre.

Demonstrate proficiency in managing both international and domestic ticketing operations.

Strong understanding of city codes, airport codes, and airline hubs.

Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal formats.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
