Insurance Billing Analyst @ LTI Mindtree

Job Description

• Should have good understanding of OneInc Billing and Payment system
• Analyze customer requirements and perform testing to meet those requirements 
•  Create and maintain test documentation
•  Develop and maintain test plans to ensure the product meets customer requirements 
•  Provide technical support to internal and external customers on the product 
•  Analyze customer feedback and test product enhancements and new features 
•  Proactively identify and recommend product improvements to ensure customer success 
•  Participate in product strategy discussions and represent the product in customer meetings
•   Work closely with the development team to ensure product designs and implementations are accurate and complete
•   Understanding of the software development lifecycle
•   Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
•   Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills 
•   Knowledge of SQL and other programming languages 
•  Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines 
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
•  Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
