Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the tech park, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for tenants and visitors.
- Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns, and providing support to ensure their satisfaction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, strong understanding of engineering principles, knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify problems, and develop solutions.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
