Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of customer support representatives to achieve exceptional service levels.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall process efficiency.
Analyze KPIs such as AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, CSat, Dsat, FCR, and CES to drive business growth and optimize operations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
