Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage production planning, batch processing, manufacturing operations, and plant production to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies for improving productivity, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency in liquid manufacturing processes.
  
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records of production activities and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, personnel management, and supply chain logistics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in Batch Processing, Manufacturing Operations & Management.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma).
  
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and ability to apply them effectively throughout the production cycle.

• Confident on facing regulatory audits like USFDA, MHRA
