Position: Consultant Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) - Volume/Bulk Hiring
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Department: Human Resources Talent Acquisition
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
- Use recruitment tools and job portals to attract top talent
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR for seamless hiring workflows
- Conduct reference checks and manage background verification
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Maintain reports and track key hiring metrics
- Stay updated with industry best practices in recruitment
