Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international calls from customers across various countries, including UK and US.
  
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Work on a rotational shift schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  
• Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  

Minimum 6months of experience needed into international voice process.

Freshers are not eligible.
