Job Title: BO - Amadeus Cryptic Specialist

Location: Chennai (Mandatory)
Shift: Rotational
Week Off: 2 Rotational Days Off
Qualification: UG, Graduate, Post Graduate
Relocation: Open to candidates willing to relocate to Chennai


Job Description:

We are looking for professionals to join our team as BO - Amadeus Cryptic Specialists. This position is mandatory for candidates based in Chennai, or those willing to relocate. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel processes and hands-on experience with Amadeus Cryptic commands and systems. If you're passionate about the travel industry and want to be part of a dynamic back-office operations team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:


  • Amadeus Cryptic Expertise: Work with Amadeus Cryptic commands to process and manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications for travel-related services.
  • Travel Process Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of travel processes, including flight reservations, ticketing, refunds, and GDS workflows.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide troubleshooting support to resolve complex issues related to bookings, cancellations, and passenger data.
  • Transaction Accuracy: Ensure all travel transactions, including bookings and cancellations, are processed accurately and promptly through Amadeus Cryptic.
  • Operational Support: Assist with back-office operations, performing data maintenance and ensuring consistency in travel-related information.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and report any issues or improvements to management.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor the Amadeus system to ensure smooth operations and data integrity; troubleshoot and resolve any system or process-related issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Amadeus Cryptic commands and tools.
  • Thorough understanding of travel processes, including flight reservations, ticketing, and cancellations.
  • UG, Graduate, or Post Graduate qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Chennai location is mandatory, or candidates must be willing to relocate.
