Job Description
Job Title: Technical Recruiter LATAM Region (Based in India)
Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, or Noida
Time Zone: Must be willing to work in ART (Argentina Time)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Technical Recruiter to join our global talent acquisition team. This role will be based in India and focused on hiring top-tier talent across Argentina, Brazil, and the broader LATAM region. Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles across LATAM.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain strong pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders across time zones.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in technical domains.
- Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of LATAM hiring practices and market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with strong time management and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently across global teams.
- Previous experience in the language services industry is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate to one of the following cities in India: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, or Noida.
- Comfortable working in the ART time zone to align with LATAM operations.
