Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the team and prioritize deliverables based on business objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, content marketing)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, account management, HR, Finance, creative, content) to plan and execute marketing campaigns in line with business objectives.
- Create compelling campaigns to engage with target audience and improve brand recall via social media.
- Plan and execute global customer events.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams globally to develop and manage talent branding campaigns.
- Develop and execute employer branding campaigns to promote the company as a great place to work and attract top talent.
- Manage participation in industry awards & rankings.
- Manage and maintain corporate content on the company's website, social media channels and corporate collaterals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Essential Skills
- Masters degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Essential Qualification
- Masters degree in Marketing or related field
