Role & responsibilities:

• Ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.

Experience.

• Experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in training or coaching sales teams, especially in a BPO setting.
• Willingness to adapt to changing BPO requirements and industry trends
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Comprehensive understanding of life insurance products, industry regulations, and sales practices.

Education:

• Undergraduate is ok
