Role & responsibilities:
- Ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
Experience.
- Experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in training or coaching sales teams, especially in a BPO setting.
- Willingness to adapt to changing BPO requirements and industry trends
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Comprehensive understanding of life insurance products, industry regulations, and sales practices.
