Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products/services to existing clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in BPO or Tele Sales.
Ability to work on semi-international shifts (rotating schedules).
Proficiency in English language (written & spoken).
Freshers can apply for this role.
Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
