About the Role

We are seeking experienced Sales Professionals for our USA Property Fire Claim Settlement process. This is a remote opportunity for candidates with strong international sales experience, preferably with American accent and US client handling experience.

We provide complete training, and we are looking for excellent closers who can convert leads and maximize claim settlement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with US-based property owners via outbound calls
  Identify potential fire/property damage claim opportunities
  Explain claim settlement services clearly and professionally
  Build trust and convert leads into clients
  Handle objections and close deals effectively
  Maintain CRM, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
  Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience (International Sales preferred)
  Experience in International Voice Process / B2B or B2C Sales
  American Accent Preferred
  Strong closing and negotiation skills
  Experience in outbound calling / cold calling
  Excellent English communication skills
  Must have own laptop and stable internet connection
  Comfortable working US shift (Night Shift India)

  Insurance / Claims / Property / Financial Sales Experience (Preferred)
  Target-driven and result-oriented professionals
  Strong communication and persuasion skills
