Job Description

Positions: HR Intern

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

Managing the recruitment  & selection Process,

 

onboarding & orientation of candidates

 

Headhunting

 

Coordinate with Recruitment Partners

 

Plan and manage campus recruitment drives

 

Developing and conducting employee orientation and induction programs.

 

Maintain, update employees data.

 

Maintaining historical employee records, scheduling,

 

monitoring employee appraisals

 

Preparing various hr letters (Offer letter, appointment Letter etc)

 

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

 

Work Location: Goregaon (E) / Ram mandir Station

Salary: No stipend & Salary , Exp Certificate will be issued on completion.

 

Duration of Training: 3 -4 month
