Calpion is a leading player in the ITES industry, committed to delivering exceptional services and fostering a vibrant workplace culture. We seek a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support our strategic HR initiatives.
As an HRBP, you will be critical in aligning our HR strategies with business goals. You will work closely with Business Unit Leaders and staff across various departments to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR within an ITES environment and be comfortable working in a rotational shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to support business objectives.
- Guide on employee relations issues, performance management, and organizational development.
- Implement HR policies and programs that align with company culture and compliance requirements.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and facilitate training and development programs.
- Manage and resolve employee grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other HR functions (compensation, benefits, etc.) to ensure a cohesive approach to employee management.
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role, preferably in the ITES sector.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work in a rotational shift schedule (day and night).
