Sap Abap (s4 Hana) Technical Lead @ Sopra Steria

1. Strong working experience on ABAP (RICEF) Objects on SAP S4 HANA system with at least 2 Implementation project experience in SAP. Experience in global template development and rollouts
2. Experience in working with tools like Solman, SAP Cloud ALM
3. Proficient in OOABAP, IDOC, ODATA and ABAP new syntax. Good knowledge of Module Pool programming, Smart forms, ADOBE forms, ALV (Object Oriented Way) and LUW concepts. Strong understanding of enhancement framework in SAP
4. Hand on experience on CDS View and AMDP
5. Good to have knowledge on Fiori and UI5
6. Working functional knowledge on multiple SAP modules: SD, MM, PP, FICO, QM, eWM, TM
7. Should have the ability to propose technical solutions to customer and support team
8. Ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.
9. Ability to challenge current solution and propose better alternate
10. Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for highly complex functions. Perform code reviews and peer tests.
11. Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions.
12. Engage other technical team members in design, delivery and deployment of solutions
13. Mentor and coach junior developer resources.
14. Strong communication skills
