Technical Lead - Core Java 1,8/J2EE/Struts, PL/SQL

Good to have : Spring Boot

Job Description - TL for Java/J2EE

Engineer - Java/J2EE/Struts
Excellent communication skills are must.
Good Analytical skills so that he/she can understand the business.
Minimum Experience - 6 Yrs, Maximum Experience - 8 Yrs.

Mandatory Skills

Core Java [1.4 to Java 8]
Servlet, JSP
Hibernate 2.x, 3.x
Struts 1.2
SOAP based Webservice
REST full Webservice
Basic SQL, PL/SQL
JBoss [4.x - 7.x]
Familiarity with CMMI process
Experience in various Reviews and Best practices

Experience in Efforts Estimation, iterative scheduling

Team handling and mentoring

Desirable

Spring Boot
JAXB
XML and XML Parsers [SAX, DOM]
Unix shell scripting
Rich Experience of Software Engineering Process
Rich Experience in Design & J2EE Design Patterns
Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g [Usage of collections, different type of cursors, complex SQL queries, co-related queries, nested queries]
Chip manufacturing domain experience
Experience of Knowledge acquisition on existing applications from other teams.
Experience in Application which is in Management & Maintenance [Defects, Change Requests].

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
