Your Mission:

As a Voice Process Executive, you're the voice of the brand. Whether it's assisting a customer from New York or resolving a query in Sydney, you're the friendly expert on the line.

What Youll Do:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international clients with professionalism and accuracy
• Listen, understand, and resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
• Accurately log interactions and escalate complex issues where needed
• Follow global quality standards and compliance norms
  

Who You Are:

• Fluent in English with a neutral or global accent
• An excellent communicator with a calm, solution-focused mindset
• Comfortable working night shifts and in a fast-paced team environment
• Previous BPO/International Voice Process experience (At least 6 months)
