Job Description
Role & responsibilities
To drive high-quality, concept-driven design solutions while ensuring brand consistency, efficient project execution, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Position Objectives & Expectations:
- Translate client briefs into effective design solutions.
- Uphold high creative standards while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Efficiently manage workload, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline design processes.
- Adapt quickly to feedback and evolving project requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong analytical skills to approach design challenges strategically.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring precision in all design elements.
High level of accountability and ownership over assigned projects.
Passion for staying updated with design trends and emerging technologies.
Educational Requirements:
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Additional certifications in digital design or motion graphics are an advantage.
Previous Experience Requirements:
At least 3.5+ years of experience in a fast-paced design environment.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; knowledge of PowerPoint and After Effects is a plus.
Demonstrated experience handling print, digital, and motion graphics projects.
Prior experience working in an agency or corporate design team is preferred.
