Job Title: Project Manager CRM / CIS
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Experience Required: 15+ Years (Minimum 3+ years in CRM/CIS domain)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Information Systems (CIS), preferably within the utilities or power sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for CRM/CIS implementations or upgrades.
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, including vendors and stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.
- Ensure high-quality documentation, reporting, and communication across all project phases.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and leadership.
- Adhere to project governance and compliance requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 6+ years of overall experience, with minimum 3+ years in CRM/CIS projects.
- Proven experience in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Oracle CRM, Salesforce, SAP CRM, etc.) or CIS systems in the power and utility domain.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP/Prince2/Agile certification is a plus.
