Job Description:

• Role - Customer Support Associate
• Work Mode: Work From Home
• Voice Process
• Solving customer queries.
• Work Schedule: 6 days rotational shift with 1 rotational week off.
• Casual leaves will not be granted during the entire tenure.
• Excellent communication skills are Mandatory.
• Should have typing speed of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy.
• Salary: 19k inhand & 23k ctc
• Date of Joining - 2nd Aug

Preferred Candidates:

• Should have excellent English & Hindi communication, spoken, reading and writing
• Preferred candidates from ICSE , CBSE board, Ba, Bba, Bbm etc.
• Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory. Should have proper documents to validate the experience
• Only Graduates can apply.
