Highways Engineer @ Mott Macdonald

Key responsibilities and duties of this position include:

• Ensure that the designs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards for safety, accessibility, and sustainability.
• Detail geometric design of Highways, Airports & Track Alignments.
• Collaborate between different disciplines and ability to find solutions to challenging issues
• Doing feasibility, preliminary and detailed design work relating to highways engineering projects
• Collaborate effectively with the team members and stakeholders.
• Maintaining brand reputation whilst undertaking the project (both with the Group key client and in the wider industry)
• Tracking the project progress.

Candidate Specification:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, and chartership is preferred.
• Candidate should have good experience in highway design, including experience in leading and managing design teams.
• Should have a deep understanding of highway design principles and practices, including knowledge of design software such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Bentley Open Roads.
• Middle east experience would be an added advantage
• Should have strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, develop project timelines and budgets, and work effectively with project teams.
• Should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals.
