Senior Structural Engineer @ Mott Macdonald

• Develop safe and efficient structural solutions, and undertake design resolution and preparation of calculations;
• Manage Junior Engineers, CAD and Revit technicians, for the delivery of projects at all stages;
• Ensure checking of all design output and coordination (Interface) between other disciplines;
• Develop designs and meet delivery as per agreed program;
• Ensure all design work is carried out in accordance with Mott MacDonald's quality standard procedures.

Candidate Specification :

• We are looking to recruit Masters' degree qualified Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Bangalore/Noida.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the structural design works for building structures (concrete and steel).
• Experience on UK projects and Eurocodes, will be preferred.
• Hands on experience on all kinds of structural framing systems for gravity loads and lateral loads
• Hands on Experience on Dynamic analysis of Structures designing efficient structural systems
• Should have knowledge of RIBA stages of works
• Fair knowledge and usage of digital tools like Revit, Bluebeam, BIM360 etc.
• Candidate should have experience in the use of design software such as: Robot, Etabs, Ram Concept, CSC, STAAD, RAPT and similar.
• Mott MacDonald is a leader in the adoption of BIM and therefore the use of Revit Structure would be highly regarded.
• Candidate should be fully conversant with international design standards and codes.
