Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Python + React + DS & Algorithms)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, React, and a strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms. You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications, solving complex technical challenges, and contributing to both frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js for frontend and Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) for backend.
• Design efficient and scalable APIs and microservices.
• Apply advanced data structures and algorithms to optimize performance and solve computational problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and experience with web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and their real-world applications.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Exposure to testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests.
